What is collected
This website has two forms. Both are optional - you may instead call or message the chamber directly.
- Appointment booking: your name, mobile number, email address if you provide one, the chamber and topic you selected, your preferred date and time, and any description of your matter that you choose to write.
- Inquiry form: your name, mobile number, email address if you provide one, the topic you selected, and your message.
No tracking or advertising cookies are used, and there are no third-party analytics scripts on this site. The only cookie set is a sign-in cookie for the site administrator, which visitors never receive.
How it is used
Your details are used solely to respond to your request and arrange a consultation. They are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a database on the server that hosts this website, and are readable only by the chamber through a password-protected administration page. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of your submission is also sent to the chamber’s email address.
Please do not send sensitive documents
Please use these forms only for a brief description of your matter. Do not upload or paste identity documents, deeds, financial records, or detailed case papers. Bring those to your consultation, or share them through a channel the chamber confirms with you.
Confidentiality
Submitting a form does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship, and information sent before an engagement is formally agreed may not attract professional privilege. Communications are nonetheless treated as confidential.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, unless it must be retained for an ongoing matter or by law. Contact the chamber using the details below.
